The name of the character is Tyrantus.

It is a monster character that has a form of human and T-rex combined.
There are two parts in the model, one is a dinosaur body including teeth, claws, eyes, etc. and the other is an armor part, total of 18,094 tris.
Three maps are used for this model, two for the dinosaur body (body, eyes + tongue + claws + teeth) and one for the armor.
The maps are 2048x2048 (two) and 1024x1024 (one) but you can adjust it as you want.

Animations are divided into standard posture, walk,run, Spear Attack, Claw Attack
, Double Attack, Damage, Shout, Death.
