Texture & Mesh Tools is a simple & easy to use one-click tool to instantly create Texture Atlases, Combine Meshes, Crop Textures, Combine Materials & automatically adjust UVs of the mesh accordingly.

It always creates an FBX which can be used in any 3rd party software too for further tweaking, if needed.
