Add impressive levels of detail to your human and non-human characters with this high quality PBR based skin shader.
With support for the latest AAA techniques such as translucency, scattering and wrinkle/expression maps, you can now add a whole new level of realism to your artwork in an easy way.
The package includes several variants of the same shader for hardware ranging from smartphones to high end desktops.
The full contents of this package are :
- Full support for forward, deferred and Lightweight SRP!
- Lightweight shaders are fully compatible and editable with Amplify Shader Editor
- Real scattering and translucency on deferred and Lightweight without any modifications to the rendering pipelines.
- Support for dynamic wrinkles on up to 12 regions (12 left sided, 12 right sided) that can be synced to either blendshapes or bone positions/rotations to add amazing levels of detail to your facial animations.
- Support for up to 2 decal/overlay textures to add tattoos, facial hair, blood, sweat or other details to the skin of your models.
- Smart per-object parameters allowing you to set up unique skin colors and properties to many characters even if they share the same material, saving dozens of drawcalls.
- Support for skin-small surface details to add realism even during extreme close ups.
- Orc head model (as seen in the video) with textures up to 4k
- Eye Shader included as an extra, with full support for iris aperture, nightvision effects, eyelid-occlusion and scattering.
- Demo head model (as seen in the video) with 2k textures to showcase the workflow of our shader.
- User manual with tutorials and detailed explanations
Support for Lightweight SRP requires Unity 2018.1 and Lightweight SRP 1.15. SRP rendering is a feature still in development and thus the implementation here used may change over time
