Bump&Scrape2D is a small but useful library of scripts handling bumping or scraping sounds when a 2D object collides with or slides across another.
Useful for anything from simple boxes all the way up to car carnage.
The sound volume depends on contact severity.
No two collision will ever be the same. Bumps are randomly selected from several sound clips played with random pitch.
Definitions can be stacked – different clips for different collision magnitudes.
Central volume control.
Possibility to setup different sounds based on the material collided with (e.g. concrete/grass)
All scripts are in c#, well documented and easy to use and understand.
12 page manual and several demo scenes are included.
