TDIR: Top Down Infinite Runner is an all-in-one solution to implement a top down style runner quickly. This asset requires you to write absolutely NO CODE of your own. All attributes can be easily modified inside Unity itself. The street scene in the demo comes with this asset and you are free to use it.
