Jump AssetStore
Video Stocker is a tool to make downloading and saving videos to a device simple and effective.
Launch downloads from a server and save them to the device so that your user only has to wait for that download once and can then view the video time and time again even with no internet connection.
With easy to use and well documented api, you can begin downloads and play videos when you like with just one or a few lines of code, or even none if your needs are simple! All downloaded videos are listed in a serialized class accessible by a static instance, so you can search, delete and play videos easily. If you launch a download the Video Stocker asset checks if it has already been downloaded and will cancel the download and use the video that has already been saved if so.
A well structured and understandable inspector with explanations about every option.
Play full screen videos across supported platforms and play videos on a texture in the editor and on standalone with MovieTexture.
This asset is compatable and has been tested with the following platforms: Mac OS X, Windows, iOS 8 and 9 and Android
Note that this asset downloads videos from a server and not from embedded video players like youtube or vimeo. The url must end in the video extension. for example http://195.154.255.175/immersivetools/www/AssetsStore/VideoStocker/Video_intro_logo_IT.mp4
On standalone and in the editor a video must be of type .ogg or .ogv to be played by unity, but other formats can still be downloaded and saved. For mobile all supported formats for the device will work. See the documentation for more details.

Scripts work in unity 4.6, but the demo scene is not functional.
