Sprite Blaster allows to you shatter a sprite into lots of little pieces and animate them all over the screen. Sprite Blaster is extremely fast and requires almost no set up!
High performance
Sprite Blaster doesn't instantiate any GameObjects and does all its drawing with a custom shader and Graphics.DrawMesh().
Easy to use
Simply pass your Sprite to the SpriteBlaster.Blast() method and you're done.
Flexible
Sprite Blaster works on any Sprite, regardless of its position, scale, or rotation. Works with both Single and Multiple sprite modes.
Configurable
Easily define new animation curves for your sprite pieces to travel. You can even define your own breakage patterns simply by providing a custom texture to Sprite Blaster.
Note
SpriteBlaster is designed for PC and console development. It has not been extensively tested on mobile platforms. Please be advised, your mileage may vary on mobile!
