Contains:
* 15 Blades loosely based on Oakeshott's sword typology (5 cutting, 5 hybrid, 5 thrusting) with recommended handle size (_s for short, _l for long).
* 22 Handles (5 short, 5 long, 1 mixed size, 2 unique texture sets)
* 14 Crossguards (10 small, 4 large)
* 13 Pommels
= 15 base type prefabs
= 60k unique combinations
Materials and textures:
* Blades - Split to 3 materials; cutting, hybrid, and thrusting. All materials have albedo free if you wish to adjust blade color. Defaults to iron.
* Handles - Two variations, uses albedo maps. No direct customization available due to that.
* Crossguards and Pommels - One material for crossguards and another for pommels. Both have albedo color free to adjust. Has 5 basic material default colors (black, brass, bronze, darker iron, iron).
Texture sizes:
AO maps are generally 256x in size and compressed because they are not that important with mainly reflective objects.
Normal maps in Blades are imported in 1024x2048, but have 2048x4096 as source. Blades can also be used without normal maps if slightly smoother reflections are desired.
Polycount averages:
* Blades - 240 tri each
* Handles - 335 tri each
* Crossguards - 180 tri each
* Pommels - 276 tri each
Note: The swords use a lot of reflective metalness and require a scene with probes and a lot to reflect from. Goes without saying for first person view games, but in top down games you don't necessarily have a sky, these require it though :)
