In this first volume of modular constructions i present to you a very nice hand-painted house builder :), it is simple but quite beautiful, i made a simple house just for demo purposes, but you can make anything you want :).
All the models in this package are low poly, perfect for mobile or simply games.
All the textures are 1024x1024, and just one is 512x512.
This is a Highly Recommended package to make crafting games,simulators, toon architectural apps, etc.
This package will be frequently updated with much more construction modules and models, also interior/exterior house-oriented props :).
