The bundle contains a low-poly car (also part of Grand Rock Motel) model with 3 different LOD versions and 4 different texture sets (including emission map for head and tail lights.)

Wheels are individually separated, named, and pivoted properly to use with wheel colliders. The pivot point for the chassis is positioned to the car's center of mass. Note that the underside of the car, and the interior aren't modeled!
This package contains the 3D model of the car as described above. It does NOT contain any car controllers, scripts, or game mechanics at all!
The demo scene was created using my Residential environment asset pack, and to demonstrate that the car works as intended if driven, Realistic Car Controller package was used.
