The cable is entirely controlled with Unity's physics, allowing it to realistically sway and collide with other cables and the surrounding environment. The random delay between each spark is controlled by min and max parameters and the force of the spark (which controls the amount the cable "jiggles") is similarly controlled by a random value between two user controlled values. There's two different types of cables - one flat and one "ribbed" - with 5 different pre-configured lengths of each.
