Welcome to FreeAi, A bridge between oobabooga text-generation-webui and unity. Where free ai, locally run ai can control your in game npc's.Requires oobabooga text-generation-webui running in api mode to function. As well as ai models which are both not provided, but these are free and easy to access at the links bellow:webui:https://github.com/oobabooga/text-generation-webuiAi models:https://huggingface.coThe FreeAi plugin allows you to bring any ai model that is currently supported by the text-geneneration-webui into unity and dynamically create advanced npc’s that you can chat with through text boxes (with the Text-gen-webui's Api extension enabled). This allows the FreeAi plugin to generate text from the ai running on the Webui’s locally hosted server! Neat huh? These npc’s will have the personality that you choose for them, and they will have their own personal memories that you can save and load at any given time. This creates an amazing landscape for gaming, where npc’s dont have to be a few small options to choose from every time you interact with them. They can be a vast library of knowledge, full of surprises and quirks.
