After hit run all folders will be deleted and the game objects will be in the root hierarchy. And when you off the play mode the folder will appear again with an organised structure.Change Default Folder Color[ Assets > Utility > TheAAA > Folder In Hierarchy > Data]: As default folder color is grey but you can change it from this dropdown.
